• The  P.A.L.-S is a 1:2 cable hydraulic lift and is available in two standard platform sizes, both with 42 1/4" high barrier side walls. An emergency battery powered "backup" system provides lowering and raising of the lift even during a main power failure. The emergency battery is kept ready and fully charged by the automatic battery recharging system. Safety features include under-platform obstruction sensors, constant pressure control buttons, handrail, emergency stop switch, final limit switch, and anti-slip flooring.
  
  The  P.A.L.-S can be installed indoors or outdoors and will look new for years due to its electrostatically applied baked-on polyester gloss powder coat paint.

Under-Platform Obstruction Sensors
Safety. If the under-platform comes in contact with an obstruction while traveling in the down direction, the lift will stop.

Cab Size and Construction
35" x 54" (890 mm x 1372 mm) or 35" x 48" (890 mm x 1220 mm) clear platform size. The cab is constructed of aluminum extruded frame with steel inserts. Side barrier walls are 42 1/4" (1073 mm) high.

Slack Cable Safety Device

The slack cable device monitors the cable status and if the device detects a slack cable condition it stops the lift and prevents any further movement.
